Your journey to
inner calm starts here

Sleep · Relax · Restore

A family-run mindfulness platform developed with a psychologist. Real experience. Real expertise. Real results.

Welcome to Salus

salus  /ˈsa.lus/   Latin for health, safety & well-being  ·  Sleep. Relax. Restore.

Life moves fast. Your mind doesn't have to. Salus is a meditation and mindfulness platform built to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with what matters most.

We're a family. Not a corporation. Scott has over 40 years of personal experience with mindfulness, meditation, cognitive behavioural therapy, counselling, breathwork, acupuncture, and ASMR. Our consultant holds a BSc (Hons) and MSc in Psychology. No expensive celebrities. No venture capital. No boardroom. We built Salus because these tools changed our lives, and we believe they can change yours too.

This isn't a subscription service that takes your money and forgets your name. We are genuinely here to help. You can reach out to us directly, anytime. This is Salus — your space to sleep, relax, and restore.

From Our Founder

"I've spent over 40 years on this journey — through mindfulness, meditation, cognitive behavioural therapy, breathwork, acupuncture, ASMR, and every technique I could find. Some worked. Some didn't. But the ones that did genuinely changed my life. When my daughter Ella completed her psychology degrees, we knew we could build something different — something that combined decades of lived experience with proper psychological knowledge."
"Salus isn't a corporation. It's personal. Every session is reviewed by Ella. Every message you send is read by a real person. And we're always open to ideas — if there's something you'd like to see, tell us. You're not a user to us. You're part of this."
