Meditation and mindfulness practices may not be suitable for everyone. In some cases, they may surface difficult emotions. If this happens, please stop the session and speak with a healthcare professional.
Some breathing exercises may cause lightheadedness or dizziness, particularly if you are new to breathwork. If you experience discomfort, stop immediately and breathe normally. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.
Do not practise breathing exercises or meditation while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation requiring your full attention.
Where we reference scientific studies or clinical findings, we aim to cite reputable, peer-reviewed sources. However, the field of mindfulness research is evolving, and we encourage users to consult primary sources and speak with professionals for personalised advice.
